Work From Home and Find the Balance?

tvblNowadays it is possible for everyone to work from home and so employees find themselves more flexible, this means they can fit their working hours into their lives and businesses can adapt to their customers needs and expectations.

The main goal for a growing company must be ‘Flexibility’.

 

As employees you are no longer bonded to the office!

Thanks to latest technologies, employees are able to work from all around the world and they can even work on the go.  The most important fact might be that they can now keep a balance between work and life.

 

3G technology and Internet has made this possible.

The latest Internet services include wide-area wireless voice telephony, video calls, and broadband wireless data, all in a mobile environment.  Additional features also include HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) data transmission capabilities able to deliver speeds up to 14.4Mbit/s on the downlink and 5.8Mbit/s on the uplink.  That is enough to be able to work from the most hidden parts of the world.

 

But isn’t there the danger that this could cause some employees to become workalholics?  That the distinction between work and home could completely dissolve?
